Mai- Britt Wagnild, mezzo- soprano, b.1979, graduated from the opera course at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Wales summer 2005. 

She is currently taking private lessons with Anne Piro. Previously she has been studying Musical Theatre at The Royal Accademy, London and gained a Bachelor of music at The Royal Welsh College of Music, Wales.

Mai- Britt has sung for Steinvikholmen Musikk Teater, Welsh National youth Opera and Trønder Operaen, Trondheim solistene and Trondheim symphony Orchestra. She has recived numerous scholarships from both Norway and Wales amongst them is a scholarship from the Welsh National Arts council and Victoria Bches fond,Norway.

Recently she has concentrated on doing concert work. Summer 2009 she sang the part of Rosalia at the Summersong festival with Randi Stene, Solveig Kringlebotn and Trondheim Symphony Orchestra.

She is currently taking part in the vocal ensemble "Nidaros Vocalis" with Leopoldinum Orchestra in Polen and Trondheim.

Mai- Britt Wagnild does singing and acting work:
- Sings in weddings, funerals, concerts, co operative events etc
- Does parts within theatre, opera and Musical Theatre

She has great experience as a singing teacher and vocal coach for music schools suc as Stjørdal, Lensvik, Tydal and Selbu and "Sangfabrikken".
